Trina Watts
Growing up on her parent’s poultry and walnut ranch near Turlock, California, Trina learned early that chickens and weather don’t wait, and that having materials delivered to a farm on time can be critical.
When she joined us in 2007, she had already logged 28 years with one of the largest grower co-ops and canning operations on the West Coast. Trina co-ordinated logistics while assisting with the entire fruit packing process and the raw materials program.
Today, she puts those same talents to use at Chemurgic, wearing so many hats that we found it impossible to come up with a meaningful title for her business card. Trina searches material availability for customers, places orders, oversees production, gets involved in accounting, and still handles truck and rail logistics. Her greatest satisfaction comes with finding the right product for a customer and knowing that the order has arrived to their satisfaction.
Trina and her husband enjoy the outdoors. Camping destinations range from nearby Lake McClure to Glamis, near the Mexico border. According to Trina, nature is best viewed from the cockpit of a two-seater UTV Razor, and racing is best viewed from the grandstands of dirt track venues up and down the San Joaquin Valley.
