Glenn Tashima
Glenn’s introduction to farming came early, working alongside his father in California’s Stockton-Delta region. He graduated from Fresno State in 1985 with a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Physical Distribution Management and Operations.
He began his career with a three-year stint as a management trainee for Fruehauf, working in Fresno, California and Union Town, Pennsylvania.
In 1988, Glenn hired on as a buyer for a well-known ag micronutrient and chemical company on the West Coast, and worked his way up to Vice President of Operations.
In 2014, he joined Chemurgic to serve as Director of Business Development and Operations. He brings over 24 years of experience in process formulation, product development, operation development, and logistics.
Throughout his career, Glenn has traveled throughout North America and across the Pacific to obtain raw materials of the highest quality. His formulations are marked by high-efficacy and affordability for the end user. He is expanding Chemurgic's material procurement on a global level and broadening our product line to include animal health and animal feeds to meet the needs of our growing customer base.
When not hard at work, Glenn’s happiest moments are spent water-skiing, wakeboarding, golfing, and fishing with his son Scott.
